Dear Clients, Partners and Friends,
As you know, the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) is rapidly changing. Like many of you, we have been closely following the developments around this virus. At NAI Commercial Okanagan, we care deeply about our employees, our clients and our communities. Insuring the ongoing health, safety and well-being for all of our stakeholders is a key value of NAI and we take the coronavirus and its potential global impact very seriously. NAI Commercial Okanagan is working to ensure that our office is prepared and that our team members, clients and partners are informed of any impacts to our business as they become known. We are continuing to monitor the CDC and other governmental agency guidelines and will adjust our business continuity procedures as those guidelines change. At this point, our NAI office and managed properties remain open and business continues as usual. We have a proactive plan in place to keep our business functioning while doing our best to promote a healthy environment for everyone. We will continue to monitor the risks and long-term impacts of coronavirus and will adapt our plan as new details about the coronavirus unfold. In addition, we are reinforcing common sense guidelines and best hygiene practices in our offices and the properties we manage. Our company culture and business model is built on our ability to adapt quickly to change. We have weathered previous storms and are confident in our ability to navigate through this challenge.
Sincerely,
Tim Down
