Mike Geddes

At the turn of the 19th century, Mike’s great uncle William founded the Central Okanagan Land & Orchard Company. The Gaddes & Co real estate office on Bernard Ave was a staple of downtown Kelowna in the 1940s and 50s. Mike’s father Gordon is founder of Geddes Construction, a civil general contracting firm based in Kelowna. Mike is proud to continue the family’s long history in the Okanagan real estate market.  Since 1988 Mike has been actively involved in real estate having held licensed real estate positions with JJ Barnicke, Colliers International, Macdonald Realty and others. As a Principal of NAI Commercial Okanagan, Mike will continue to focus his efforts on the sales, development and leasing of residential, industrial and commercial properties. When not assisting with client real estate needs, Mike can be found enjoying the Okanagan’s natural beauty and abundance of recreational opportunities. Mike also has a passion for coaching youth rugby and soccer.

Background and Experience

A long-standing member of the Kamloops community, Larry has a background of the cattle and alfalfa industries.  Prior to the cattle and alfalfa industry, Larry owned and operated a sub-assembly of cabinets and counters plant in San Jose California and was the manager of Crestwood Kitchens of California for several years.
Larry continued relationships in his industry and was able to create land assemblies for industry leaders and started his career in Commercial Real Estate.  With over 40 years as a licensed sales associate, broker and managing broker, Larry is an expert in the Kamloops market and leads the way for commercial growth in Kamloops.

After several years of working in residential real estate sales in the BC Interior, Damon discovered his passion for commercial real estate which led him to take a position at Colliers International where he became familiar with the fundamentals of the industry. While being a well-rounded practitioner with experience in all areas of commercial sales and leasing, Damon’s focus is on Investment Sales (Multifamily/Apartment, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Retail Buildings, and other Revenue Properties) and Rural/Agricultural Real Estate (Farms, Ranches, Wineries & Country Estate Properties). Damon brings his specialty and expertise of the North Okanagan to NAI Commercial Okanagan.
